All Time Low

All Time Low is an American pop punk band from TowsonMaryland (which is a suburb of Baltimore) and the band formed in 2003. Since then they have released 5 albums (3 of which I own!) and they grow even more popular by the day. Also if you read the music magazine Kerrang! they star in there almost every week so if you're a fan check out the mag! I found this band last you're: or the year before that, anyway I am a big fan of there music and there personality are to die for. I have watch some footage from there tours and I have too say it was one of the most hilarious performances I've ever seen: I am so desperate to go see them however I'm British and they only come to England now and then, just like every other American band.

Members  (From to left to right in the picture above)

  • Rian Dawson - Drummer
  • Jack Barakat - Lead guitarist + backing vocals
  • Alex Gaskarth - Vocalist + rhythm guitar
  • Zack Merrick - Bassist + backing vocals

Hope you go check out there music because these are some of the most talented and nicest guys I've ever known! Oh and I've also left the link to there merch website if you're thinking for getting anything.

Reign

This has to be one of my favourtie TV shows right now! You can never tell who's with who because one moment two people can be the worst of enemy's and the next the best of friends. Throughout the series there are a number of plot twists therefore you can not predict whats going to happen.

Plot

Set in 1557 France, the highly fictionalized series follows the life of Mary, Queen of Scots, at French court while she awaits her marriage to the future Francis II of France, whom she has been engaged to since they were six. At court, Mary has to contend with the changing politics and power plays, as well as her burgeoning feelings for Francis and the romantic attentions from Francis' half-brother, Bash. Francis' mother,Catherine de' Medici, is secretly trying to prevent the marriage following Nostradamus's confidential prediction that the marriage will lead to Francis' death.
The series also follows the affairs of Mary's Scottish handmaidens Kenna, Aylee, Lola and Greer, who are searching for husbands of their own at court.

Hope you check it out and I know this series is not for everyone but I turoly enjoy it therefore I wanted to write about it. Have a great day!

South Park: The Stick of Truth!

Now, this new game, The Stick of Truth, must be the most hilarious game I've ever witnessed because of 2 reasons: 1 - It's South Park! and 2 - Because you can kill people by farting...that says it all! :) If you're a fan of South Park the cartoon show then you will have to play this game but if you don't want to buy the game then you can watch it on a Youtubers channel e.g. Pewdiepie, TheRadBrad, MunchingBrotato and that's all the ones I can think of at the moment.

Story Lines

From the perilous battlefields of the fourth-grade playground, a young hero will rise, destined to be South Park's savior.
For a thousand years, the battle has been waged. The sole reason humans and elves are locked in a neverending war: The Stick of Truth! But the tides of war will soon change as a new kid (you) thoughtout the land.
Arm yourself with weapons of legend to defeat crabpeople, underpants gnomes, Nazi zombies, hippies and other forces of evil! Play along side Stan, Kyle, Cartman, Butters and Kenny (princess Kenny) as there new best friend. Choose you special ability (class) between Fighter, Mage, Thief and of course Jew!

Go and check out the game, you will enjoy it if you're a fan of the show like I am...oh and just a warning there is swearing, sex and violence, I just have to warn you, that's all :)
Hope you're all well!

Old But Gold Films

I don't know about you but I love watching old movie trailers every once and a while; just to see what films I've missed out on throughout the years and I wanted to share some - what I think are - pretty good ones with you. Most of this films are probably going to be romantic dramas because they're the films I normally tend watch although I will try and put some other genres in there too.

Bright Star (2009): The three-year romance between 19th Century poet, John Keats and Fanny Brawne.

Braveheart (1995): When his secret bride is executed for assaulting an English soldier, a commoner being a revolt and leads Scottish warriors agains the cruel English tyrant who rules Scotland.

Plush (2013): A young singer/songwriter, despite being married, becomes involved with her new guitarist, who she soon discovers has a dark past that may danger her and those close to her.

Lord Of The Rings (all 3 films 2001-2003): A meek hobbit of The Shire and eight companions set out on a journey to Mount Doom to destroy the one ring as well as Lord Sauron. While Frodo and Sam come close to Mordor, the divided fellowship make a stand against Saurons new ally. Gandalf and Aragorn lead there men against Sauron's army while Frodo and Sam approach Mount Doom to destroy the ring, once and for all! It's best to watch the trailers because you won't understand any of it otherwise.

Carrier (2009): Four friends fleeing a viral pandemic soon learn they are more dangerous than any virus.

Adore (2013): A pair of childhood friend and neighbors fall for each other's sons.

Hope you're looking forward to some of these upcoming films and don't forget to check out the trailers!

Luke Bryan

Not a lot of people tend to like country singers but believe me when I say this, Luke Bryan isn't like any other! His a 37 year old, pop-country singer from Georgia and with every note he sings, obviously enjoys what he does. In 2013 he released a new album called Crush My Party which will make you think of the actual lyrics and the story behind his beautiful words. Some songs will make you cry other will make you want to dance all though the night!
Here are some of my favorite songs from that album;

  • That's My Kind Of Night
  • Crash My Party
  • We Run This Town
  • Blood Brothers
But still check out his other songs from other albums : D

Cheeky picture of Luke here on stage...that ass though! ;)

Hope you enjoyed and go check little Lukie out!

(another good song is Country Girl a.k.a Shake it for me, it isn't in his new album but my god is it good)

My Crush From The Hobbit!

Okay, I haven't posted in a long time but from now on i'll just post now and then, when I feel like it...anyway about my biggest crush!

Basically a couple weeks back (last year in December) I went to watch The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug and I feel in love; that is not a joke! -.- Deadly serious here! I only watched the first Hobbit just day's before I went to watch the 2nd and I have to say, I have no live now. Thanx Peter Jackson (the director of The Hobbit if you don't know) And I am in love with 2 characters, Fili and Kili because OMG they are the hottest dwarves you'll ever see! (no offence to any other dwarves out there, just saying) I'm currently reading the book and loving it so far because it's quite a lot different to film, I mean it has a lot of extra parts that aren't shown in the film, so if you are a big fan like me, then I would totally check it out! While being a big fan of Lord of The Rings, it's nice to see how Bilbo got hold of the ring in the first place and the story behind that as well as the line of Durin and I like it how in The Hobbit, Fili and Kili and like the new/old (depends how you look at it) Pippin and Merry from Lord of The Rings!

Here is a nice picture of Kili on the left and Fili on the right.

Anyway hope you guys had a good Christmas and are having a great new year! (if it's not too late to say)
Love you all - Sky xx
